A year ago this week I got this wee guy because I knew my beautiful Heath wouldn’t recover from a horrible accident in the field and I knew if I didn’t have another horse to look after I might just decide I was done with horses.
He hadn’t set foot inside a dressage arena until February this year so I was incredibly proud of him on Saturday producing a very respectable test to finish 6th in his class at the Scottish Championships at Rockrose. He’s a very special wee horse (in more ways than one 🤣) and I feel very lucky to have found him

Great morning at West Kype with this wee guy. First attempt at a prelim - the canter is still a work in progress but I can’t fault his attitude 😍 it’s all so new to him but he just tries so hard for me. And then topped off with a lovely rosette from the winter points league 😁
