For those of you who dont know me, my name is Yvonne and I have been teaching Zumba classes since 2010. I started teaching classes in Scotland before moving overseas and teaching in Doha, Qatar. I have recently moved back to the UK and feel the time is right to bring some Zumba classes to South Lanarkshire. Prior to teaching ZUMBA I worked as a professional dancer for 12 years. This was up until I

discovered my new found passion - ZUMBA! ZUMBA is the latest dance fitness craze taking over the world. Fitness should be fun and that's exactly what ZUMBA is. It is a mixture of latin and international music fused together to create a fun, dance party atmosphere burning between 400-1000 calories per hour. The good news is that there is no right or wrong in ZUMBA. It is suitable for all ages, shapes and fitness levels. Basically feel the music and have some fun!! So why not come along to a class & join in the party? If you're coming for the first time, remember EVERYONE has had a first time, feeling nervous or unsure is part and parcel of trying something new. However, I'm sure it wont take you long to relax, feel at ease and shake it loose.
