I am continually learning, growing and evolving as a coach and individual - so here are 5 things that I wish I knew when I was starting to get serious about my own training.

These lessons have helped shape my mindset and the way I support both my clients, and myself🌟

Slide 5 is something that I am becoming more and more passionate about. The BEST transformation is all in how you feel - when you start to train to be strong, not skinny, and movement starts to feel empowering, not like a punishment.

You will start to become incredibly confident in your body because of what it can DO, not simply how it looks🫶🏼

Competing, spectating, supporting🫶🏼

Had the best time taking part in my first XT event this weekend, alongside some amazing people 💚

This one reallyyyy threw me out of my comfort zone, but I’m so pleased with the outcome, and will definitely be back for more🤝🏼

Summer 2025, the summer I…
- Qualified as a personal trainer
- Ran my first half marathon
- Started the best job as an instructor
- Joined ‘s creator community
- Focused more on my diet and fixed my gut health
- Began training to FEEL stronger and perform better, not focusing purely on how I look🌟

It is a summer that will always feel special to me - I’ve grown so much as an individual and trainer in the last 3 months, and am incredibly grateful everyday to call this my job🫶🏼
