A1- Chin ups
A2- Push ups 5secs lower- Max reps
B1- Srum shape DB row
B2- Military press
C1- Banded neck iso’s 4 positions 15secs hold
C2- Tennis ball cognitive drills

Overnight oats 🥣😍
Ingredients:
50g oats
Milk
Ground cinnamon
Natural yogurt
Fresh fruit
Honey
Method:
•Stir a 1/4 of a teaspoon of ground cinnamon into the oats
•Stir in a dash of milk into the oats and leave in the fridge overnight
•In the morning add a bit more milk to the oats to loosen
•Add 2 tbsp natural yogurt, fresh fruit, and honey
•Enjoy! 🤩
