So a bit of Monday motivation for you guys. This photo speaks volumes, our client has only been doing EMS training with us for 4 weeks to get this result! Unreal is an understatement!!!!!👌👌👌👌

Here's what she has to say about her first month training with The Electrix Studio....

I am four weeks in to my training with The ElectriX Studio, and I am absolutely loving it.

The first change I noticed was feeling stronger in my day to day activities, and my endurance & stamina in my other exercises starting to increase. I have also noticed a massive change in my mood as well as my attitude towards exercising in general. I am choosing to exercise more, and whatever I do I am pushing harder than I have before. I actively look forward to my sessions with Viv and Hannah, and enjoy them immensely – the endorphin high after my sessions is incredible.

I have now also started to see physical changes too. Most noticeably in my upper arms, stomach and waist, but also in my thighs and rear. A pair of jeans that I couldn’t wear 4 weeks ago due to them being too tight now fit! I am already looking forward to seeing the changes over the next four weeks.

Its very difficult to explain the experience of a training session with ElectriX, so just go along for one of their free taster sessions and find out for yourself. You have nothing to lose and so much to gain!

Can't believe it's been a week already since we went and trained Jase ... Viv loved being back in the training shoes again. We're really feeling an exciting year ahead. After his session...
