I really do have the most amazing FitSteppers! I had to bring my 2 year old to class with me today. I was worried when I nearly salsa-d into him! But some of my amazing FitSteppers really helped out and sat and played trains with him. He said in the car "mummy, I love your work!" 🤣 Thank you so much for helping out and for putting up with him. Hope it wasn't too much of a distraction from class. X

FitSteps is a fabulous dance fitness class based on the dances from Strictly. We do the cha cha cha, waltz, jive, tango and loads more! You don't need a partner or any experience.

Classes start next Monday 9th January at 6.30pm at Bridgetown School. I hope to see you there!

To make up for the cancelled class on Monday, we are going to have an extra class on FRIDAY this week. Same time, same place. Bridgetown school, 6.30pm. Come and dance yourself into the weekend!
