Massive congratulations to Jules who took part in a punishing 3 hour panel grading today to achieve her 1st Degree Black Belt

This is a massive achievement not to be underestimated, it takes a lot of hard work, perseverance and the determination to keep going even through the tough times.

You should be so proud of what you have achieved today a tough grading with only 10 people in the room there was no where to hide.

We are so proud of you.
