We pour so much of ourselves into every class.
The planning, the sequencing, the cueing, the holding space…
The physical energy it takes to demonstrate, adjust, and stay fully present.
The mental energy of reading the room, adapting on the spot, and making it all feel seamless.
And somewhere in all of that, it’s easy to forget:
We are not just instructors — we are human beings with bodies, minds, and souls that need care too.
Burnout doesn’t always look like stopping.
Sometimes it looks like showing up tired.
Like pushing through when your body is asking for rest.

But here’s your reminder:
Rest is not weakness. It’s essential.
Taking time to recharge doesn’t make you less dedicated — it allows you to keep showing up in a way that feels good, sustainable, and authentic.
Your body deserves the same attention you give your clients.
Your mind deserves quiet, not constant output.
Your soul deserves space to breathe.
Step back when you need to.
Move for yourself, not just for others.
Fill your own cup — unapologetically.
