Hi all, I’m really sorry for the wait. Unfortunately the leisure centre are unable to take the sessions at the moment after all as they are waiting to see if the new owners want to carry it on or not. They are hoping they’ll have an answer around November. I’ll let you know as soon as I hear.

Hi all, just a quick update regarding the football sessions.

The leisure centre is still in the process of sorting stuff out and ensuring that they will definitely be able to continue with the sessions so there will be no session this Monday, however I will do my best to keep you all updated on this page until it all gets back up and running again.

Hi all, great seeing everyone one last time before I hand the football sessions over to the staff at meon vale leisure centre. We are still in the process of sorting out the football sessions being taken over so there will not be a session next week but if all goes well then we are hoping that it will be able to start the week after, however the updates will come from the Meon Vale Leisure page, and I will try to make another post on here once everything is confirmed.

Hi everyone,

Unfortunately I will not be able to carry on running meon vale football sessions this year so I will be handing it over to the meon vale leisure centre staff who will continue to run the sessions.

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who has come to the sessions and has helped and supported us. I have had a great time doing the sessions and it has taught me lots as a coach for which I am very grateful. The reason that I am handing it over is due to me getting a full time job as a sports coach so I would not be able to dedicate enough time to planning and delivering the sessions anymore.

There will be a session this Monday on the 9th of September (tomorrow) run by me just as a last session and so I am able to hand it over to the meon vale staff.

Thank you all again for your support and hopefully I will get to coach some of the children again.

Hi all, unfortunately there will be no session tonight due to the rain which is a shame as it is the last one until it gets started back up in September.

I hope you all have a great summer and hopefully the weather will improve for it😂

Hi everyone, looking at the weather it looks like it’s going to be rainy later so I might have to cancel tonight. I’ll make a decision at around 2 O clock so keep an eye out for the post.

Hi all, another great few sessions today. A shame the second session had to get ruined by the rain at the end😂.

Next week’s session will be the last one this year as we don’t run sessions in the holidays. Hopefully we will see lots of you there!😁
