💙 BEARLEY UNITED IN THE 80s. 💛

Before this group of lads, there was already a Bearley United!

• Bearley United was formed in 1962
• Played in the Stratford League
• Joined the Leamington Sunday League in 1970
• Won the Cancer Cup in the mid-70s
• Played in the Stratford League into the mid-80s

Same village. Same name. Same pitch.
We’ve put the current squad in that era — mud, moustaches, captain’s armband, shorts a bit too short, so you can see what the club would’ve looked like on a Saturday back then.

Last Saturday we got the 2026/27 league campaign off to a winning start — now it’s time to back it up.
Second league game of the season this Saturday as we take on Kea FC.

⚡️ MATCH REPORT & MOTM ⚡️

Match report:

After a long hot summer of pre season training and friendlies the lads were ready to start their leauge campaign.

The lads faced shipston and took the 3 points winning 4-0

Man of the match this week was Toby wyatt with 2 goals and an assist from centre half.

The whole squad gave it their all during the 90 minutes and our assistant manager and club found Elliott Brown scored his 1st ever goal for the club!

We're back at it next week and always appreciate the support!!
