Hey everyone, we are glad to see so many of you excited over our Yin Yoga & Meditation sessions... So we thought that you might like some more fun from us...

More Yoga

We can offer more Yin Yoga or Primal Yoga

Adult Aerial

We can offer you adult Aerial Hoop, Silks and Trapeze lessons.

Adult dance classes

We can do individual workshops learning different dance styles including Bharatnatyam, Flamenco, Ekonkon and more... Even sequence dancing.

Chakra Dance

A holistic dance and meditation class consisting of 3 meditations and 2 movement pieces.

The workshops will either be on Friday evenings or saturdays depending on what they are.

We can also offer stand alone workshops in Working with Crystals for both children and adults.

Thanks to everyone who came along at the weekend.

I've had great feedback from the Yoga people, good sleep, feeling stretched, and generally felt chilled as can be

And that's the busiest kids aerial class we've had in ages, and thanks to my new helpers, the class ran so much better with you keeping an eye on the wee ones.

It's finally here folks...

So just a few wee reminders about tonight's class...

I do have some Yoga Mats, but if you have one, please bring it.

Also please bring a blanket, and a pillow, cushion or yoga block for your head during the meditation, or even during the poses... It's all about comfort.

For those who have not done Yin Yoga before, here's a few things about it...

Yin Yoga is very slow paced thus suitable for absolutely anyone. I often get asked if it's suitable for beginners, and due to it's very nature it's ideal for beginners.

Don't expect to be changing poses frequently like you might have experienced with other forms of Yoga, in Yin Yoga the poses (asanas) are held for 5 minutes at a time.

Yin Yoga gets its name from the fact that it's a passive form of yoga, whereas the likes of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga are Yang styles of Yoga because they are active forms of yoga.

The class takes the following format..

Warm up
Asanas
Breath work
Meditation

The class is held in the Dance room at the Millennium Centre, is £10 per person and is an hour and a half in duration... Starts at 19:30

Hey everyone we have a double whammy for you this weekend...

Friday 19:30 - 21:00... Yin Yoga!

Yep it's happening, our first Yin Yoga class in Stranraer. For those who don't know, Yin is a very slow paced, relaxing style of yoga. We will be doing Asanas, Breathwork and Meditation.

You will need a Yoga Mat, a blanket and possibly a small cushion for your head. If you need me to provide a yoga mat can you please let me know as soon as possible and I'll pack some extra.

The class is £10 for an hour and a half.

And as usual

Saturday 10:00 - 12:00 Kids Arial

We will be doing our regular selection of aerial and silks to entertain and excite.

£15 for the two hours xx

It's our final visit to Stranraer this coming Saturday (14th) so we will be banging out the Xmas Tunes and having a wild...
