I'm Ashley, and I am a qualified children's yoga teacher as well as being an antenatal and post natal yoga instructor. I visit primary schools and nurseries and run after school clubs with fun filled sessions of yoga and games, to children of all ages. We've had such a good time at The Stranraer Millennium Centre this summer and I loved seeing old yogi friends!

Where have the weeks gone??
Its the last Mums and Bubs Yoga Social on Friday!!

I've enjoyed working with the new mums and their gorgeous wee ones since April and I'm so sad that Friday 17th is the last session.
Because its the last class, I'm offering up 6 spaces for just £7, instead of £10!
£7 for a bespoke yoga class for mums that are in their 4th trimester, and for baby sing along rhymes with gentle baby yoga poses
AND
cuppa and fresh home bake for after!

Come along to meet and chat with other new mums in a relaxed setting, where there are no judgements or comparisons, only baby giggles, smiles and bubbles.
