Thank you everyone for your tremendous support of our celebrations. Please find attached a draft program for Friday night to give you a flavour of what to expect when you arrive at the rink.

I am more than happy for you to share this with you club and especially those who are attending and would ask that you check with them if there are any particular dietary requirements and if so if you could please let me know and I will ask the kitchen team to cater for them accordingly.

Many thanks to those who have already paid for the evening and to those who haven’t yet then please either call (01776704413) or drop into North West Castle reception who are happy to process your payment or please bank transfer to the club account directly. (Stranraer Ice Rink Curling Club 80-18-93 00323150 (please use your name as reference)) Those staying in the hotel can have it added to their room account and settle the two together.

Congratulations to William & George for winning the Logan Pairs on 19/2/22 also congratulations to our runners up, Donald & Meg. This event was postponed from our usual date of 27/12 due to covid restrictions.

Very enjoyable Pairs Day.

Thanks to everyone for bringing a raffle prize.
We raised over £100 for Logan Curling Club.

We are sad to hear that our long term curling member, Ena (Drummond) has passed away this week also her sister Betty, shortly before her. They will be both be greatly missed with all they did for the church and the community of Drummore.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, covid causing concern
throughout the country, a decision has been made to postpone the
Logan Pairs on the 27/12. This event will be rearranged for a future date
in the New Year!
