Lifeguards will be in on duty at weekends starting 31st May from 12:00pm - 6:30pm on beaches at:

Murvagh
Fintra
Portnoo/Narin
Carrickfinn
Killahoey
Marble Hill
Downings
Portsalon
Rathmullan
Culdaff
Stroove

Lifeguards will be on duty daily July and August.

These are the safest beaches to swim

Always swim between the 🟥🟨 flags.
