As a Physiotherapist I use Pilates to help patients improve their control, strength and flexibility.

Classes cancelled tonight tues 9th dec due to weather. Better safe than sorry. This was supposed to be the last class before Christmas. If your coming back jan this class will be discounted from next block. if not coming back can you let me know and I will arrange refund. Hope yous all have a lovely Christmas and hoping to see yous back 6th jan x
