Our 6 week Find Your Groove series kicked off on Wednesday with a theme of new beginnings.

Today I've seen the first snowdrops of the year and have been enjoying the spring flowers that are now available in the shops 💐🌼🌸

Such a lovely way to start the year 💜

Next week theme is reconnection - finalising the playlist as we speak. It's going to be a fun one!

Ever feel like you just need to shake it all off? This time of year especially, in the lead up to Christmas and all the extra 'to-dos' on the list, things can start to feel a bit heavy.

Dancing together (even online) is one of the simplest ways to:

✨ lift your mood
✨ get out of your head and into your body
✨ feel connected again
✨ actually enjoy moving

Even just throwing on a few Christmas tunes and dancing away by yourself can really help!

💃We're back... Find Your Groove - a 6-week online series of dance classes!💃

Since starting to offer dance classes a few years ago, I’ve met so many people who want to move more but feel like traditional exercise or structured dance classes just don’t work for them.

And if you’ve ever felt too self-conscious, too tired, or just too busy, you are absolutely not alone.

The online Groove classes I’ve offered in the past have always drawn a crowd who want something a bit different to the traditional classes and that’s why Find Your Groove is coming back this January, online dance sessions you can do right from your living room.
✔️ No equipment, no experience, no stress
✔️ Just 45 minutes of music, movement, and feel-good energy, each and every week
✔️ A chance to reconnect with yourself and have fun moving in your own way
The series starts Tuesday 13th January at 7pm on Zoom.
