We need to raise significant funds to replace this 80 year old roller. Without a roller no cricket can be played. It costs £400 a week to hire a roller.

The Saturday side are home again against looking to for back to back wins for the first time this season.

On Sunday our ladies team take on in the battle of the trees!

Here we go….

A massive weekend of cricket this weekend, all 3 senior teams are in action at Gardeners Arms Meadow.

Saturday we host 1pm start

Sunday our ladies host .ladies 10am start and the Sunday side host 1:30pm start

An expensive week for the club with having to replace our trusty old roller, so please come down watch the cricket and have a 🍺 or 2 to help refill the coffers!

Just the one men’s game this weekend, Brooks leads the Saturday to Nacton in search of their first win on the road this season.

Another week, another Virr at the top of the 🌳 this week its .virr with his incredible figures of 7-10 who heads up the Suffolk bowling honors board. Well done Martin 👏🏻
Well done to Lydia who also made the board with Brillant figures of 4-7 in the ladies win against Bardwell.

A WWWinning weekend for the 🌳’s

The Saturday side won in a high scoring game, setting Brockley 316 to win, 💯’s from Phoenix and Holman. Brockley made a good job of the chase but eventually fell 15 runs short, wickets shared!

The Sunday side made it 2 from 2, at 90/6 they looked to be in trouble but Virr T 58 and Ruffle 61* got them to a decent score.
In reply Melford started strongly at 95/0 the game was getting away from them enter M Virr with an incredible spell of bowling picking up 7-10 off 10 overs to win the game. 💪🏻

The ladies continued their incredible run sweeping aside Bardwell at the grumpy goat, a great team performance to round off a wonderful weekend for the club!
