🔴🟢‘A’ Team Management Vacancy 🔴🟢
Bacton United 89 FC is recruiting for the role of 'A' team manager for the forthcoming
season. This is due to the previous manager moving into our new reserve
management team.
It is expected that the team will be playing in Division 5 of the
SIL next season.
The role will involve the weekly management and organisation for Saturday fixtures,
regular attendance at training and working alongside other club managers.
Our 'A' team has proven to provide a valuable pathway from youth football for our junior
sides and part of the position will be ensuring that players are identified and
transitioned into the senior section of the club at the earliest opportunity.
Ideally, you should have existing management and coaching experience within a
grass roots club, ideally in an adult team though someone looking to step up from
youth football would also be encouraged to apply. The club can offer a supportive
committee, excellent playing and post-match facilities and an existing squad from
last season.
