Yesterday I went out of my comfort zone and tried an obstacle course 💕. It was awesome. I completed something that I have NEVER been able to complete before , monkey bars, but not just any old monkey bars, some that went up to a point , like a roof and down the other side! I swear this is due to me doing Zumba (merengue) which has massively improved my upper body strength and arm muscles. Picture isn’t me, but it gives you an idea of the scale of the thing... don’t underestimate the power of a regular dance class, the power of Zumba 💃 message me if you would like to give it a try x

One more sleep til Zumba time 💃 🎵 ...A lovely lady who attended my class last week sent me her stats and she was super pleased she burnt over 40O calories and also did 36 mins in the cardio and 21 minutes in the fat burning zone, all whilst having fun , dancing! How’s that for an exercise class? If you fancy giving it a go, send me a message... looking forward to it. X
