A fantastic match in the Ladiesโ€™ Singles this evening, with 3rd seed Amelia overcoming Amanda 6-3, 6-0 to progress to the next round. ๐Ÿ‘

The scoreline doesnโ€™t tell the whole story, with both players producing some excellent tennis and plenty of hard-fought rallies throughout the match. ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŽพ

Well played to both Amelia and Amanda for a great contest and for showcasing the competitive spirit of our Club Championships. ๐Ÿ†

๐ŸŽพ What a fantastic start to our new Go Tennis sessions! ๐ŸŽพ

It was great to see so many new faces on court this week, all giving tennis a try in a relaxed, friendly, and welcoming environment.

The feedback from everyone involved was incredibly positive, with plenty of smiles, great rallies, and a real sense of fun throughout the evening. A huge thank you to Dave M for leading the session, and to Amanda and Rich for helping make the evening such a success.

Whether youโ€™ve never picked up a racket before or youโ€™re returning to the game after a break, thereโ€™s still time to get involved!

๐Ÿ’ช Huge Win for the Menโ€™s B Team! ๐ŸŽพ

A fantastic 4-2 victory over Bromsgrove C for our Menโ€™s B Team today, with some seriously close matches and plenty of grit on display.

๐Ÿ‘ Luke & Ollie T held their nerve to win two Championship Tie-Breaks, while Rich & Lee secured their first win together, also coming through a Championship Tie-Break in dramatic fashion.

These were the sort of matches that could have gone either way, but the team showed great resilience and determination when it mattered most.

A well-earned win, a few well-deserved drinks afterwards, and another great day representing the club. Congratulations to everyone involved! ๐ŸŽพ๐Ÿป

Chris and Mikey may have come away with the victory, but the real story of the evening was the impressive performance from Jacob and Joe. The young pair showed great skill, confidence and determination, producing some excellent tennis and some truly entertaining rallies.

Itโ€™s fantastic to see our younger players developing and competing so well against experienced opposition. Well done to all four players for a great match and for putting on a brilliant display of tennis.
