August ~ Member of the Month ❤️

I’m absolutely delighted to have been chosen as Member of the Month. It honestly means more to me than people may realise.

The last eleven months have been an incredibly challenging journey. After undergoing surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, returning to the gym has become an important part of rebuilding my strength, confidence and fitness. I genuinely couldn’t wait to get back!

Lifestyle has given me a place to focus on myself, set goals and remind myself just how far I’ve come. I’m determined to become stronger and fitter than ever, especially with the help and encouragement of Eloise during my PT sessions.

Lifestyle is my gym of choice because it’s such a welcoming, supportive and positive place. It doesn’t matter who you are or what level of fitness you’re at, everyone is welcome. A special thank you to all the staff, whose encouragement, kindness and friendly faces really do make such a difference.

Going through illness has given me a completely different perspective on life. It has made me realise just how much we’re capable of when we put our minds to something. Whatever life throws at you, you really can overcome more than you ever thought possible.

Here’s to getting stronger and feeling healthier. There really is nowhere else I’d rather be doing it!

It’s so good to be back! ❤️💪
