Last night, we won Excellence in Innovation. 🏆

To be completely honest, just being named a finalist felt like a win.
Standing in front of a room full of incredible businesses and hearing Bootskins announced as the winner was a moment I'll never forget. It was emotional, because behind that award are three years of grit, setbacks, sacrifices, and refusing to give up when the easier option would have been to walk away.
Three years ago, Bootskins started from a very simple problem: my son coming home from football with freezing cold, soaking wet and sore feet.

But the reality behind those milestones is less glamorous.
It's early mornings, late nights, still working our jobs to pay the bills, raising four children, running a household, supporting my husband through serious illness, and somehow finding the energy to keep building a business that most people couldn't yet see.

And when people finally start believing too, it makes every difficult day worth it.
To everyone who has supported us, advised us, challenged us, opened doors for us, shared our content, bought a pair of Bootskins, or simply cheered us on from the sidelines — thank you. You have played a part in this journey, and we are incredibly grateful. ❤️
