🌀This week’s classes 🌀

There is still time to book your space.

Start your week with self-care this evening with a balancing practice of yang to yin where we create energy through a flowing practice connecting breath to movement before slowing down and hold poses to support the body in releasing tension from the facial.

Thursday as we head towards the weekend we have a whole hour of yin. A space to pause and rest, let go of anything you have been carrying through the week. Create space to reflect and nurture yourself.

And on Saturday you can start your weekend with you! A dynamic practice to build heat and strength in the body, create energy this 45min class will set you up for the weekend.
