This year the theme is yoga for healthy ageing. Yoga has absolutely no age barriers, that's one of the many reasons I love it. My practice has certainly changed since I started 44 years ago. You listen to your body, you accept, yes you also challenge your comfort zones, but above all else, yoga brings you home to you.🫶🧘‍♀️🙏💕
