Crawford Health & Fitness I am an independent Children & Adults Fitness Instructor . I work within local schools, for the NHS, Dudley council and local gyms too!

My name is Sarah Crawford, I provide a variety of fitness classes, courses and activities in and around the Dudley borough.

- Adult classes - bootcamps, circuit training, spin cycle classes, chair based exercise too!

- NuYu Metablast - Adult Fitness classes

- Family classes

- SHAPE - A course provided by NHS - family fitness / weight management programme..

- Children's classes - Cheer Fitness

, Street Fitness, Fit Kids Fun and Fitness, Disney Inspired Fitness. Childrens classes I currently run are through after school clubs or in local gyms etc. I can also provide entertainment at parties with fun activities, games and parachute too.
