Or if you are someone who can already swim and you are looking to gain extra fitness and perfect your technique for events such as triathlon, then our new state of the art underwater filming and experienced coach Scott is offering 'video analysis sessions' on a one-2-one basis! And finally our School offers the rare aquatic sport of Synchronised Swimming! We have one of the very few fully qualified level two coaches of synchronised swimming as our head coach to introduce you and guide you through this amazing sport! If you want to try something new or you’re a good dancer or gymnast then synchro could be a great way to show off your skills!! Come down and give it a go! MASSIVE Congratulations to K S Swim School's Artistic Swimming Squad! 🩷💚🏆

The squad, who train a mere 1.5hrs a week, took 11 swimmers to the Swim England National Combo Cup in Sheffield in July.

They were in the largest category of the day against 23 other teams! The swimmers performed a despicable me routine dressed as minions! 👀 🤓 💙💛
And they smashed it, swimming the best we've ever seen and getting an Incredible personal best beating last years score by a massive 39 points breaking the 100 mark!

They came an incredible 7th place! And what's more crazy is in the next age group up they would have come 2nd with that score (to one of our Aqualina teams 1st!)

Absolutely incredible achievement for such a small club on so few hours up there against the best of the best!

So proud of you all! 🏆🎊👏

In this heat nothing beats cooling off in a nice cool pool! 🧊💦 ☀️

Lessons going ahead as usual but a reminder poolside will be VERY warm so I suggest no spectators and enjoy an uninterrupted 30minute break in your air con car! 🚗 Or even do a spot of sunbathing whatever takes your fancy! ⛱️

Changing rooms will be warm too so bring very quick easy to throw on clothes to reduce time spent in the heat!

Bring water bottles to keep hydrated and enjoy! 💦

Groups for complete beginners to improves and private 1:1/2:1 slots available too.

🏆🩷💚 Regional Medal Winners! 💚🩷🏆

HUGE congratulations to our K S Swimmers who attended the East Regional Championships this weekend!

We had some competing for the very first time and they had a blast!
Our team had the super fun theme of Minions! 🤓 And they swum their absolute best getting the bronze Medal against teams who have been swimming together for years!
Some amazing individual swims too including our own Betsie bagging the Bronze medal for her figures! 🥉

Shout out to their awesome coaches Kiarra, Karen and Kerri for getting them there! Bring on Nationals in July! 💪🏆
