Hello Everyone!
Happy New Year. {rambling intro ahead}
It's been a slow start for me this year after getting the barfing bug on New Years Eve Eve, which is a thing now. Esp when New Years Eve was on a Sunday and you live in Lewis. 🎆
Anyway, my plans were cancelled and I had a full body cleanse followed by a house cleanse (moving this weekend). It was actually quite therapeutic.
I'm hoping everyone else had a slight more glam start to the year.
With regards to RhodaMac Fitness and this page - I was told: Rhoda you need to have a FB page for your "business".
And I always do what I'm told, so here we are.
I decided to become a personal trainer so that a. I would get off my butt and out of the office more and b. to help other's move more and move better.
I'd really appreciate it if you shared my details with anyone you know who is keen to start on a new fitness journey or improve where they're at. I picked you guys cos your ma pals and you might (!) say nice things about me and also cos you're ma target audience.
I'm working with women over 40 and for the next few months I have spaces on Tuesdays and Fridays for anyone who wants support to set a good foundation for 2024 and beyond, cos this is not a quick fix any more ladies.
No crash diets or short term goals.
We're in it for the long game now.
I can't do the heavy lifting for you but I can draw up a road map for you. Starting where you are now🛣️. Which is different for all of us.
Me? I want to build up my legs 🦵🏻, improve my core and pelvic tone and beat the minister at the school race day🏃🏻♀️. But I understand those are not everyone's goals (if anyone's!).
