Life currently..
I feel like I need to explain my absence with fitness posts recently🥹
I’m currently riding the wave that is the final couple of months of the year. I don’t know about anyone else but I always find this time of year difficult. Between dark nights and the cold, it can be a struggle both physically and mentally. I don’t have any set goal in mind at the moment either so I’m just doing what feels right for me and my body. I’m trying to get my 4 sessions in each week but to be honest my consistency has been shocking with how busy I am(not a bad complaint at all!)
I think it’s important as a personal trainer to be transparent and show that not every week/month is perfect.
Come January, I’m entering a fat loss phase in the run up to the wedding. Nothing major, I just want to lean out a little bit to feel my best both on the day and on our honeymoon🌙🍯
My aim at the start of the year is to create a routine that works because at the moment I feel like I’m all over the place🤣 Between wedding planning, house renovations, trying to run a business, working 6 days a week, all whilst trying to keep myself sane has been challenging to say the least🫠🤣
I’ve felt awful guilt the last few months at my lack of consistency but the more I think about it, I should be joyful in this current season. It’s exciting. Whilst it can be overwhelming, I won’t get to experience this kind of madness again so I’m soaking up every moment and taking one day at a time. I’m grateful to be marrying my soulmate, I’m grateful that we have a house that we’re turning into a loving home, I’m grateful to have a thriving business with the best clients and I’m grateful to be healthy.
So whilst my posts may be a bit all over the place and not consistent, It’s a reflection of my life currently and I’m just grateful I can share that with you all🫶🏼
