Happy birthday to us 🥳

Thank you to everyone who came to the gym on Saturday to celebrate!

This last 12 months have seen our biggest investment BY FAR 🤯
- 5 new machines, 2 squat racks, DBs rack up to 100kg
- new toilets being constructed / old office ripped down
- Taking on the unit next door for an expansion 😍

None of this would be possible without you, so we want to say a VERY special thank you to everyone who has continued to support us throughout the last 3 years

We will always be evolving, we arent even 50% finished with our plans for this place and its your support that allows us to continue to offer more and more

A wee reminder that to celebrate our 3rd birthday we’re having an open day this Saturday 9am-4pm; it’s FREE to train during these hours for everyone 🤩

Aaaaand we are offering free learn to lift sessions as well as inductions to show you how to use the kit. We still have spaces available for each session (9/9:30/10am) and capacity for inductions throughout the day. You must book in prior to please give us a message!

The next of our birthday month offers is for YOU! We’re offering women the chance to train for FREE every single Friday throughout August - no strings attached! Simply message us for your door entry code & we’ll send it over to you.

There’s no limit to how many free Friday visits you wish to take advantage of throughout August 💁🏼‍♀️

🗓️ Save the date - Saturday 15th August Warehouse will celebrate its 3rd Birthday 🎈

This year we’re having an open day 9am-4pm where ANYONE can come down and train for free 🎉 we’re also going to host learn to lift sessions AND free inductions for anyone needing some extra guidance!

Learn to lift sessions will be held at 9am, 9:30am and 10am - 5 spaces per session. We will be covering lifting fundamentals; message us to grab a slot!

Inductions will be 15 mins long, we can schedule these anytime 9am-4pm; message us to book a slot!

All sessions are free regardless of membership status - come down and learn how to use our kit and how to train safely and effectively 🙌

Warehouse is soon to turn 3 and it got us reminiscing on the machines that have been sent to the gym graveyard

When we first opened we had 19 machines, 1 dumbbell rack, 2 squat racks and 3 benches

We now have 30 machines, 3 dumbbell racks, 3 squat racks and 7 benches

We are always looking for ways to improve the place; to offer more, better, or bigger things

We are so thankful for everyone who choses to support us and we'll forever be investing back in you
