About Us
Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club is a well-established and highly regarded parkland course set within the historic Stoneleigh estate. We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent playing conditions and delivering a high-quality golfing experience for our members and visitors.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Greenkeeper to join our dedicated course maintenance team. The successful candidate will support the Head Greenkeeper in maintaining the course to the highest standards throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities

Daily course set-up including greens, tees, and bunkers

Operation and maintenance of turf machinery

Mowing, strimming, and general turf care

Assisting with aeration, top dressing, and other cultural practices

Irrigation system operation and maintenance

Ensuring the course is presented to a high standard for members and competitions

Requirements

Previous experience working on a golf course (essential)

NVQ Level 2 in Sports Turf Management or equivalent (preferred)

PA1 / PA6 spraying certificates (advantageous)

Good knowledge of modern greenkeeping practices

Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
