Stroud Squash Rackets Club Stroud Squash Club is now based at Wycliffe School in Regent Street. The Club started playing at Wycliffe College Sports Hall in May 2021.

Stroud Squash Club is now based at Wyclifffe College Sports Hall off Regent Street, Stonehouse. The Squash Club was started in 1971 by the Stroud Rugby Club at Fromehall Park in order to generate an additional revenue stream and used the two "Banbury" style squash courts until closed of the courts in 2020. The Club shares x3 high-quality glass-back courts with the College students so access to use the courts is limited during term-time.

🎾 Another great night at Stroud Squash Rackets Club! 🎾

What a busy evening at the club tonight! 🙌 It was fantastic to see a mix of our long-standing members and some new faces getting involved and enjoying the courts.

There was a bit of everything on offer:
🏸 Free coaching for some of our less experienced players to help build confidence and develop their game.
🔥 Some great matches with plenty of competitive rallies and good squash.
🔄 3- and 4-player games to keep everyone involved and make sure nobody was sat off for too long!

It's what we're all about – a friendly, inclusive club where players of all abilities can get involved, improve their game and, most importantly, have fun! 😊

A big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it another brilliant evening.

Fancy joining in? Whether you're new to squash, returning after a break, or looking for a friendly club to play at, we'd love to see you on court! 🎾

🎾 Ever wondered what our members are really like?

Why do they play squash? What do they love about the club? And, most importantly… could Stroud Squash Club be the right fit for you? 👀

We’ve put a few questions to some of our less shy members 😂 and asked them to give you a little insight into life at the club — from who inspires them, what their favourite shot is, to what keeps them coming back and what they enjoy most about being part of our squash community.

So, if you’re thinking about giving squash a go, looking for a friendly club, or simply wondering what we’re all about, have a watch! 👇

🎥 Meet some of our members and hear what they have to say…

And remember, you don’t need to be an experienced player to join us. We’re a friendly, inclusive and mixed-ability club, with something for everyone.

Fancy giving it a go? Come and see what we’re all about! 🏸🎾

💜 What a morning! 🏸💪

Our Women in Squash event at Stroud Squash Rackets Club was a huge success! 🎉

It was fantastic to welcome such an awesome bunch of women to the club and, for a few hours this morning, watch them take over the place! 💜

There was plenty of fun, laughter and some great squash along the way. Most importantly, everyone had a brilliant time and we hope lots of you will be inspired to pick up a racket and keep playing! 🙌

A massive THANK YOU to our fantastic coach Carys for putting on such a great session and creating such a welcoming and enjoyable environment. 🏸👏

We absolutely loved seeing the club full of women enjoying squash together — and we can't wait to do it again!

Here's to more women on court! 💜

🎾 A small change with a big meaning 🎾

You may have noticed our logo looks a little different this week! In support of Women's Squash Week, Stroud Squash Rackets Club has given our branding a temporary update — celebrating the women who play, coach, volunteer, and grow squash in our club and community.

Here's to more women picking up a racket, more space on court, and more voices in the sport we love. 💛

Don't forget — our Women's Taster Session is this Saturday morning, with just a few spaces left! Message us to grab your spot.
