Role and Responsibilities:
As a Dance Instructor at our street dance school, you will have the exciting opportunity to:
🔹 Lead High-Energy Dance Classes: Plan and deliver engaging street dance classes that cater to students of all ages and skill levels. Infuse energy and enthusiasm to make the classes fun and exciting.
🔹 Create Fun Choreographies: Develop creative and captivating dance routines that highlight the essence of street dance styles, while incorporating the latest trends and music.
🔹 Motivate and Encourage Students: Inspire students to unleash their full potential and boost their confidence through positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
🔹 Foster a Friendly Environment: Cultivate a warm and welcoming atmosphere where students feel comfortable to express themselves freely and explore their passion for dance.
🔹 Stay Updated with Dance Trends: Stay current with the latest trends in street dance to keep our school at the forefront of the dance scene.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
🔸 Passion for Dance: A genuine love for street dance and a strong desire to share your knowledge and passion with others.
🔸 Dance Expertise: Proficiency in various street dance styles, such as hip-hop, breaking, locking, and popping, with a solid understanding of dance techniques and principles.
🔸 Teaching Experience: Previous experience as a dance instructor, whether in a dance studio, school, or community setting, is preferred.
🔸Energetic and Personable: High levels of energy and a friendly demeanor that can create a positive and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
🔸 Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and fellow staff members effectively.
🔸 Creativity: The ability to design innovative dance routines and exercises that resonate with our diverse student body.
