on possible. Each discipline contributes a unique aspect to your training, making you a well-rounded martial artist. Additionally, what you will discover is that martial arts can provide an unparalleled workout. This type of training is something that cannot be found in any gym or fitness club. In each class you are learning a new kick, punch, drill, form, boxing pattern or self-defense technique. Each workout is different, exciting, practical, and taking you one step closer to becoming black belt. Our professional and highly skilled instructors provide you with the necessary steps to develop balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. Our philosophy of martial arts extends beyond physical aspects. We emphasize the universal principles of success and the connection between your mind, body and spirit. These standards lead our students to overall personal development and well being. Our Martial Arts students range from ages 4 through to adult ages, and although we are determined to see each student to succeed, we encourage them to progress at their own pace.

Our 4-6yrs group is perfect for any after school warriors to have fun after a long day at school/nursery. In this class we practice drills that target concentration, focus and motor skills such as balance and coordination. As well as giving an oppuruntity for kids to make new friends whilst working on their social skills and confidence.

To encourage kids to try something new we've created a special back to school offer where students who sign up with our special starter pack within the first two weeks of the return to school, will receive 50% off their training fees for the entirety of Term 1.

Lion’s Den TCK represented at the Kickboxing World Championships in Berlin 🥊

Shout out to our students who represented their country 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 at the recent WKU World Championships in Berlin, Germany.

Team Scotland were outstanding returning with 18 Gold 18 Silver and 20 Bronze, with 4 Silver and 5 Bronze returning to Lion’s Den TCK. Once again I could not be prouder of them all there performances against the best in the world was just fantastic.

It was an amazing week from start to finish and an honour to coach you all.
