We were a bit quietier this evening in class but you all certainly gave it 100% in classes.

We had a fab boogie session with some new tracks and then we had a scream during legs, bums & tums oooooooouch!!! Let me know how the legs and bums are in the morning 🫶😝

It's a new week and we are all ready to work hard! I know I am. I am on countdown to holiday time! We only have 3 full weeks left before a wee break for summer 😝 can you believe it!!

Lovely full week of classes for you lovely lot and I have my run on Saturday ✈️🛫
