Oooooo tonight was spicy!!! I feel I lured you all into a false sense of this is a nice workout with the first half, then BOOM we elevated that class 🤩😝🌶 well done girls! You all did Awesome. Always remember to be proud of yourselves for what you do in class 🙌

Are we all raring to again this week! I am fully booked so far for this evening but double check nearer the time incase any spaces come up if you wish to join us! 💪

All other classes are on as normal and you dont need to pre book to come to them. Please book leisure centre classes through their website or app though 🤩

Newtonhill - are you ready for this evening! Not one but TWO fantastic classes for you! You don't know how lucky you are 🤣😝

7pm Broadway boogie - come and get your musical fix while working up a sweat

8pm - Leg, bums & tums - 🌶 it's the quickest 30 minutes of your life! We work these specific muscle groups under tension to fire you up! Please bring a mat if you have one ( I do have spare)

Both in the small hall in the Bettridge centre in Newtonhil. Broadway boogie is £6 and LBT is £5 - do both for £10!

Grab your trainers, grab your water bottle and grab a pal to bring along as well 👯‍♀️👯

I have a couple of events coming up soon that I would love you to come along to 🙌

THURSDAY 24TH SEPTEMBER
First of all I have my Charity Fundraiser for Aberdeen arts centre. We are taking Broadway boogie on the STAGE!! You will gain a backstage pass before being brought down onto the stage to take part in a class. No audience so no fear but lots of fun and giggles. They are opening the cafe afterwards for refreshments as well. Please book a ticket via their website! ⭐️

FRIDAY 23RD OCTOBER
Kids club - 10am till 12pm
Drop the kids with me for games, movement, crafts and lots of snacks while you get some YOU time! Please book a spot through my gymcatch.

Any questions about either please just ask. And as always, drop me a like, some ♥️, or a share to help spread the word - is always much appreciated. 😁

Huge well done to my STRONG GIRLS this evening - are your arms ok???? Yikes 🫠

New routine next week so a perfect time to come and join in with the fun! Remember it's so important to lift weights, so many benefits. You lift the weight you want to (unless I know you need a wee nudge to lift a bit heavier 🤪) but you choose your options during class and there is never any pressure to 'keep up'

I also seem to have aquired a beautiful water bottle - if its yours please let me know and I can drop it off or arrange collection 🙌

Classes are all on this week for you! What are you picking and committing to this week? I only have 1 space left for todays class - so be quick and go book it 💪
