Does anyone have any spare rod building bits and pieces going spare please?

I need a 3mm/3.2mm tip eye to repair one of my light beach rods. This is a Fuji alconite that has come off a Penn rod but any will do.

If not I'll source one online as it's something I don't stock in the shop.

Unfortunately due to a late delivery I have 70 packs of mini bluey (5 per pack) that were partly defrosted when I received them. Some more defrosted than others!

They are available at only £2.50 per pack.

They will still work as a bait but I cannot justify selling them at full price.

The shop will be open throughout the summer from Tuesday to Saturday.

I am still opening at 11am however this will change once the better weather gets here!!

I am taking my Powerboat 2 course this coming weekend so the shop hours will be slightly less this week, see below

I will also be on the school run this week but there will be a note on the door saying ‘I’ll be back soon’!

I will be available most evenings so please drop me a WhatsApp or give me a call if you require anything and I’ll open the shop up.

Dab, Flounder and Coalfish being caught in and around the harbour here in Stonehaven and there have been some small mackerel caught just offshore but not off the shore yet.

Also if you fancy joining the Stonehaven and District Angling Association check out the website or come and ask me. I’ve had some great sport at one of our local lochs since taking up fly fishing!

Due to a delivery mix up I now have 40 packs of Soft Shell Crabs (the foreign variety) there are 3 crabs per pack.

It’s not something I normally stock, especially during the spring/summer so these will be sold at a discounted price.

And I have no idea how good they are as a bait, hence a discounted sale!!
