🏋‍♀️Proud PT Moment🏋‍♀️

Big shout out to Debbie who smashed a leg press PB of 120kg for 10 today!💪

She's doubled her usual 60kg press since starting sessions 6 weeks ago.

Debbie pushes herself during sessions as well as being consistent with her programme out with our sessions.

A prime example of how being consistent and having a bit more self belief in your ability can bring you on a long way.😊

She has come on leaps and bounds in confidence which is great to see and she always leave the session with a smile!😁

Super chuffed for. Great work🥳

Kick started my Monday with the lovely Amanda🏋‍♀️ she gives me all the Monday motivation I need💪

Never a dull PT session with this one🤣 Amanda has come on so well from our first few sessions.

✅ Increased confidence in the gym
✅ Clothes Fitting better
✅ Improved form
✅ Improved strength

Amanda always works hard and sometimes dances even harder in between sets💃

Workouts unfortunately don't always go to plan.

There are a variety of factors that can affect your session:

🔹️Stress
🔹️Lack of Recovery time
🔹️Diet
🔹️Poor Sleep

Feeling weaker during a workout or during specific exercises sucks, and it's never enjoyable having an off day.

But we're only human and can't expect to smash out PBs every session.

It's all about listening to your body and being aware of how it responds to certain changes and learning what you can do to accommodate those changes.

You may need extra recovery days or to increase your calories, you might even need to adjust your training programme.

Making adjustments is okay and it's all apart of the process.

What an AMAZING! First day today!! 🤩😊🥳

Over 100 members through the door & signed up, with over 100 more on the system waiting to sign up!!

Didn’t know what to expect & was slightly nervous for today but the vibe was UNREAL!

Everyone was just so happy to be in the gym 😍

Social media presents so many opportunities to compare yourself to others.

We're all guilty of it 👀

Let's be honest no one is really sharing the workouts they've finished feeling crap.

The meals they've eaten that people consider 'unhealthy' without labeling them as a 'cheat meal'.

Or the bad body image days that knock their confidence and stear them away from the gym or social events.

Social media more often than not shows the best bits, not the behind the scenes struggles.

So next time you're scrolling, comparing, and being hard on yourself, wishing you looked like him or her. Take a second to be kind to you.

Being happy with yourself starts when you stop wishing you were someone else💜

Consistency is 🔑

Unfortunately we don't always wake up every morning with the motivation to do what we set out to do that day, and that's okay.

It's common for motivation to come and go and I myself am no stranger to that feeling.

However it's important to remember if you put your mind to being consistent, show up and do what you need to do on the days you feel like doing nothing this will take you a long way in terms of benifitng your progress in anything you do inside & outside of the gym.🏋‍♀️
