Back to KBL (Mearns league) action tonight where SBC take on Parkview BC (Brechin) 1 triple at home and 1 away.

Tomorrow (Friday) we travel to Tarves BC for the next round of the Top Ten, this will be as tough as the Bervie game and hopefully will have the same outcome 💪👊👍 🤞

SBC-B has a bye & SBC-A plays Newhills with SB-C playing Whitehall in the mixed triples

Calling all Stonehaven Bowling Club members…… it would be fantastic to see supporters at Whitehall BC tonight to cheer on our men’s triples team who take on a triple team from Bervie BC in the D4 BS semi-Final @ 7pm

Thats the A&K Friday triples games over as far as our teams are concerend as we finished 3rd on our section.
Some new faces came into both the home & away teams to freshen the teams up. The Home team uncharacteristically struggled to start with but a great 32-1 victory ensured they didn’t finish the campaign with 0 wins. The away team did well with winning 4 out of 5 games.

Well done to our very own Stonehaven ladies pairs Catherine and Lauren for an amazing win 23-6 against Aberdeen ladies at Woodend Bowling Club. Also for securing a place in the final at Portlethen next Saturday. Come along and show your support if you can 🥳🫶🥳

Unfortunately only one SBC men's team survived the latest D4 BS qualifiers last night (Thursday).
SBC Singles lost 10-21
SBC Pairs lost 10-23
SBC Triples won 13-11
SBC Fours lost 19-17

So its Well Done to the triple team of Steve Gellatly, Jim Hodge & Mark Robertson who progress to the semi-finals on Tuesday the 16th @ Whitehall BC (7pm). They take on Bervie BC........
