Most people don’t need more willpower: they need a plan that actually fits around work, family, stress, crap sleep and whatever energy they’ve got left at the end of the day.

If your training only works when life’s calm and quiet, it’s bull s**t. It won’t last.

Trust me, I’ve been there.

As a new dad to a 5-month-old, I feel like I’m spinning about a million plates most days. Life’s never been busier [or better]. Some days, and some weeks, training has to take a back seat. That’s just real life.

But without a plan? I’d be far less consistent. No question.
And I know from experience I’m a better dad, fiancé, mate and coach when I get myself in the gym.

Funny thing is, adding another spinning plate [training] actually takes pressure off everywhere else. Head’s clearer. Patience is better. Less stress. Less snapping at people I love.

Confession: I’m not about short term fads, fixes or trends. Im in it for the long haul and I want you guys to be too.

Patience, commitment and consistency will pay off. As your coach I promise to be with you for every step (and rep) of the way. I won’t BS you but I can guarantee I’ll be proud and be right with you for every goal met.

Health & fitness goes way beyond the gym floor. From the amount of sleep I’m getting (or currently not getting, hello new dad life), to the food I’m eating and supplements I’m taking, a healthy lifestyle is a full picture and about intent not perfection.
