Yesterday was our first Women’s Lifting Club, lead by

We’d like to thank all those that attended and we hope this is the beginning of something much larger! As our Maddie puts it, ‘We need some more girls in here!’…

So we’ve gone ahead and made a group chat, lead by the lady who runs the Monday sessions) It’s FREE to join and will simply be an online meeting place for women of the gym. There you shall find workout partners, advice on training and a safe space.
