Don't be afraid to try something new, sometimes people think they are "not good enough" or will "look foolish" - everyone starts at the beginning - FACT.

Consistency, determination, never giving up and believing you can do it will see you in good stead.

There will be those who seek to de-rail you, tell you that you can't or won't do it, call you a "nutter" 😜 - stay true to yourself and seek out people who are like minded and support you πŸ’—

Exercising doesn't always need to be in the gym, or involve fixed weights, sometimes a simple kettlebell/ dumbell will do or even just bodyweight.

Even if you only have 10 mins to spare there is always something you can fit in. 😊

How you improve on either how fast you can perform the set or how many sets you do is a measure of your fitness - it's not always about losing weight, it can be about gaining strength and endurance - doing things you couldn't do a few weeks/months ago πŸ’—
