Last year’s marshalling for Stone Carnival Parade! 🙌🏼

If you’ve been in class over the last couple of weeks, we’ve been asking for any volunteers who can help us on Saturday the 6th of June. We will be marshalling the streets, helping to manage traffic and road closures to allow the parade to safely pass through the town.

We love doing our bit to help to community and support the wonderful events we have on in our local town 💪🏼

If anyone is available from 11:00-12:00 (just one hour) on the 6th of June to help us do this, we’d be super grateful. We already have a number of volunteers on the board at the gym, which is fab. But we still need more 🙏🏼

Let us know below or add your name to the list next time you’re in if you are able to help.

Hi-vis will be provided by us and instructions on what to do and where to go on the day will be provided 💪🏼

6 weeks of guidance, coaching and on hand advice to get you feeling healthier, fitter and stronger. Whatever your goal may be, we’ll work around you 🫵🏼

With in-depth goal setting, nutritional advice, tailored programs, 1-2-1 sessions and the added bonus of a private group session this time too. We’re launching a limited space program coming to you on the 1st of June 🗓️

If you’ve seen some of our fabulous previous Evolvers, you’ll know the type of results we hope to help you achieve ⭐️ Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, or overall health and wellbeing 🌎

What to expect?

➡️Starting with in depth goal setting which will be used to design your own personal training plan.

➡️ A 1-2-1 (or small group) PT session each week with one or more coaches on hand.

➡️ Nutritional advice and guidance, including specific calories and macros, food diaries, knowledge sheets, recipes and meal ideas.

➡️ 247 access to 2 coaches, to ensure any questions you might have are answered and to provide help and guidance every step of the way.

➡️ Unlimited access to all classes available on the system.

➡️ Weekly check ins, to help with accountability and to give us chance to redirect or offer help to ensure you get to your goals.

➡️ The bonus session - this time we’re adding a private group session on either a Saturday or Sunday only for those taking part in the 6 Week Special.

Well!! What a team 👊🏼

Yesterdays hike up Snowdon was tough to say the least… rain, hail, wind, slippery paths, freezing cold, but a team who refused to quit 💪🏼 our SWC legends made it to the summit, visibility was poor and a far cry from the last time we conquered it, but it made no difference. We did it, we’re so proud of everyone who came, and loved the team spirit throughout.

We train to be strong, mentally and physically, to carry us through tough times, and tough challenges, but what we have at the gym is so much more than that. It’s the community we’ve build and the amazing individuals we surround ourselves with 🌏

Thank you again for an incredibly memorable day. I’d say onto the next challenge 🫵🏼 but maybe we can squeeze an SWC night out at the pub in first 🍻😂

Team SWC take Snowdon 🏔️

What a fantastic day with this amazing team.

No photo from the top this time as the weather was less than favourable 🥶 but we completed it ⛰️

This is exactly why we train and what we train for. Tough times going up but this team conquered it 💪🏼

Tomorrow is our Snowdon hike team building day 💪🏼👏🏼

Please remember to be at the gym no later than 7am, the coach will leave at 7:15 sharp.

Please plan ahead, the weather can change in a blink of an eye. Coats, waterproofs, suitable footwear, jumpers, gloves and sunscreen should be packed just in case. We have a first aid kit with us but always advisable to bring anything extra you think you may need.

Snacks, water and a lunch should be packed ready to fuel you for the day 🥙

We’re so looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow.

This Saturday, the 16th of May is our much awaited team building day 💪🏼

⛰️ SNOWDON!

Plan for the day 🗓️
The bus will be arriving at 7am, please make sure you are there for that time! We will be leaving no later than 7:15. If possible, share lifts over to the gym and park sensibly, as class will be running as normal with Michael.

The bus will take us all down there, please make sure if you are coming that your name is on the list in the gym, or you let one of us know.
If you’re meeting us there, we will be taking the Llanberis track.

👕 What to Wear
* T-shirt
* Fleece or hoodie
* Waterproof jacket (must-have)
* Comfortable walking trousers or shorts (no jeans) 👖
* Hat
👉You’ll warm up quickly—layers you can take off are best.

🥾 Footwear (VERY important)
* Walking boots ideally
* If not: trainers with good grip (not flat soles)
* Comfortable socks (avoid brand new ones to prevent blisters)

Food and drinks 🍫🥤
* water (should go without saying!) 1.5-2litres
*snacks (easy grab, flapjacks, crisps, apple etc)
* lunch 🥙 and something for the drive home.

🎒 Small Extras
* Small backpack
* Sunscreen (even if cloudy)
* Sunglasses
* Lightweight waterproof trousers (if you have them)
* Plasters (just in case)
* gaffa tape (if you know you know 😏)

⏱️ What to Expect (Realistically)
* It’s not a walk in the park but as a team we will complete it together 💪🏼— it’s steady uphill most of the way
* 5–7 hours total at a relaxed pace
* Rocky paths → watch your footing

We will all climb together as one group and comeback down the same way.

Ready for our coach to return us home.

Always a great team bonding day, lots of laughs and getting to know each other.

Our next team building day ⛰️☀️🤝🏼

Back by popular demand!! Team SWC are taking on Snowdon ⛰️

SATURDAY THE 16th OF MAY

We’ve got a list going at the gym of those interested in joining us 💪🏼 if you are thinking about coming along, please ensure your name is down. We have organised transport 🚌 to enable us to all travel over together, but need to know numbers prior to the day.

Our last team building day was incredible, lots of laughs, stories and team spirit. It gives us a chance to get to know you all better, but also for you to get to know each other too. We have a fantastic community with so many amazing individuals, and we love taking the time to hear and learn more about you all.

It’s motivation Monday 🙌🏼 and we’re bringing you another one of our 8 weekers and their incredible success…

Here’s our Gary:

Gary instantly got to work, starting his 8 weeks with absolute commitment 🔥asking the right questions, ticking all the boxes, and finding a way to enjoy food (and life) without feeling like it completely took over.

After JUST 8 WEEKS…
11 lb down ⬇️
Waist down 11 cm 📏
Strength up 10 fold, improved form and more experience with different exercises 🙌🏼

Gary came in wanting to get stronger, lift heavier and lose weight and that’s exactly what he achieved. Fitter, faster, stronger, better!!!

We will be launching another 8 week programme so keep your eyes peeled on that as we’ve had loads of enquiries already.
