The H.I.T sessions

The H.I.T sessions The H.I.T sessions (High Intensity training). Attacking the whole body heart and lungs! Also there will be focus on conditioning and flexibility.

The training session will consist of varied excises (standing/floor) designed to push you to the limit in short intervals. H.I.T is proven to increase your metabolism to a rate where the body carries on burning calories for up to 48 hours after training! Any sports wear is fine as long as your comfortable, but you will get HOT! I advice you to bring a towel and water (drinking water is available f

or refills). Parking is possible at the Frank Jordan's centre. (IF YOU HAVE ANY HEALTH ISSUES SEEK YOUR DOCTORS ADVICE BEFORE YOU START ANY TRAINING PROGRAMME).
