Olivia has spent the day with the at their "Set for Success Empowerment Event" hosted at Middlesbrough FC

The event was aimed at young people in year 9 and throughout the programme aimed to support them understand different career pathways through sport. As a guest speaker Olivia spoke to the young people about her career in Sports Therapy; how she got into it and any challenges she faced. She also spoke about the positives around my job.

"It was great to give back to the community and hopefully inspire some young people to think about jobs in Sports Therapy", from Olivia Brown.

Had a great evening helping out for and at the Stadoum of light last night. The match was to raise money for Abbie’s All-Terrain Goal.

Been a long time since I’ve done some pitch side work but a lovely evening and thanks for Sunderland AFC for putting on a great evening

Getting ready for the warm weather, and the setup was much easier than I remember last year! Whilst we don’t need it just yet having the air con available for staff and patients makes the hot summer days much nicer in clinic.

We will keep the ice lollies on hand for the staff though 😃🌞🕶️

HAPPY 10th BIRTHDAY to GBTA

I remember saying when I opened the clinic that if we got to 10years it would feel like an achievement. As a business owner you never know how things will go but as I sit here and post this video I now look forward to what's ahead.

We've been through and lot personally and as a business. Some face have come and gone and some have returned.

It wouldn't be possible without the dedication and hard work myself, Olivia and Harry put in to helping our patients get where they need and want to be. However, we also wouldn't be here without the support of our patients and their recommendation to others.

Whilst our team celebrations unfortunately have to wait till next month we will be raising a glass in the not too distant future. .

It's been a refurb for our staff kit recently as well. Thank you to for the work on our new staff workwear. Worked with these guys for 10 years and I have never been disappointed with the clothing and designs.

Fresh new look

A very busy weekend upgrading the flooring and wall mounting shelves, amongst other things. Really proud of the end result with better in clinic organisation and a separate work space for the Gait Analysis. Thank you to Olivia Brown and Harry Ashworth for coming on their day off to help me take up the old carpet.

Thank also to our neighbour who installed the new vinyl for us and for the coffee to keep me going.
