KBX Flow combines strength, mobility, coordination, and movement into a continuous sequence of kettlebell exercises.
Unlike traditional kettlebell training, Flow focuses on linking movements together smoothly and efficiently, creating a dynamic workout that challenges both body and mind.
Whether you’re completely new to kettlebells or already experienced, KBX Flow will help you:

Whether you’re brand new to kettlebells or looking to improve your competition performance, KBX Sport is designed to develop strength, endurance, technique, and confidence through structured kettlebell sport training.
Over time, you’ll learn and master the six foundation lifts of kettlebell sport:

Each session focuses on helping you become a more efficient and capable lifter by developing:
