Edward Capewell continues his ever increasing strength & speed. In this footage we come to the end of a session which involved several sprints from 110mtr down to 60mtr x 4 with squat jumps x 10 at the end of each sprint. Endurance strength has the ability to be an all round physical & a relative mass of force. The more strength you produce,the longer you'll sustain for & the faster you get.
