Well what an absolute incredible journey this man has made for himself John Pheasant you have smashed it from November 2024 when you started at NG2 to today, what a transformation You have made all the right choices consistently from your diet being on point, your weight training and of course the tough classes!! It really proves persistence pays off when you put all that hard work in!! I’m so happy for you and very proud to be part of your journey!! Well done my friend

Hi all I'm so so sorry to put a huge down on your days, but I'm just reaching out for an old friend of mine. His name is Chris, and him and his wife had some horrific news about their gorgeous 6 year old daughter Errine. She has recently been diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour, they only have months left with her. They have already smashed their £10000 target to be able to give Errine the best months that she has left and to grant her all of her wishes, so far she's been piny riding and they have built her a fairy garden in her back garden but I would still love to try and help them to raise more, if you could either pass this on to your friends and family, or pop them some pennies over I know whatever help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
