Hey, I’m Mary, your not so normal personal trainer 💪

The girl on the left? Still the life and soul of the party, but behind the smile was someone who was deeply unhappy, physically unfit and mentally drained. I don’t even recognise her anymore 🫠
I actually don’t have many full-length photos from that time as I’d always avoid them or crop myself out. That’s how low my confidence was.
Fast forward to today: I’ve lost over 8 stone through exercise, healthy habits, and a whole lot of determination. No surgery. No shortcuts. Just consistency, mindset, and support 💥
When I say I understand what my clients are going through, I mean it. I’ve lived it. And I’m here to show you that change is possible, without extreme measures.
Personal training, for me, isn’t just about physical features it’s also about:

From helping a client with PCOS lose weight and grow her family… to supporting someone through postnatal depression, this is why I do what I do.
