Wednesdays- Functional training new one 🏋️🏋️6.15pm 40 mins followed by 7pm Boxercise 👊(45mins)
Thursdays- 6pm Kettlercise combat 👊(45 mins) and Pilates 7pm (45 mins)🧘‍♂️
Fridays 9.30am PiYo (45mins)🧘‍♂️ f
Saturdays- 10.15am Indoor Cycling (45mins)🚴‍♂️ and 11:00 bootcamp (45mins)💪
