Our RECOVERY SUITE

We provide a recovery service for all gym users and members. We have a variety of compression therapy hitting the whole body - this helps muscle recovery after training, lymphatic drainage and improves circulation, just to name a few.

Our relaxing massage chair targets specific areas such as neck, upper and lower back, arms and legs. This will help reduce tension in the muscles and help your relax after a long day at work.

We also have a variety of different therapy kit for our disability dept, which also comes under this section.

You can use this for as little as £4, so if you wish for more info drop us a message or ask a member of the team at the gym and we can get your booked in for your recovery!
