*Invitation to T1 Rugby Festival – Friday 26th June 2026*

Following your fantastic participation in our recent T1 Rugby sessions, Bee Active, in partnership with Stoke-on-Trent Rugby Club and Sport England, is delighted to invite your school to take part in the upcoming T1 Rugby Festival.

*Date*: Friday 26th June 2026
*Location*: Stoke Rugby Club, Hartwell Lane, Barlaston, Stone, ST15 8TL
*Time*: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM (please arrive by 11:15 AM for a prompt start)

*Festival Format*

Pupils will enjoy a fun, round-robin tournament consisting of 12-minute matches, with all schools playing each other once across two pitches. The event will be coordinated by Bee Active coaches to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Each school will need a squad of up to 10 girls from Year 5 or Year 6 (a minimum of 7 players is acceptable).

To help pupils feel prepared and confident, Bee Active will deliver a short training and skills session at the venue before the matches begin.

*What to Bring*

Please ensure pupils are equipped with suitable PE kit, including trainers, a waterproof coat and plenty of water.

Parents are welcome to attend but must remain within the designated spectators’ area. Please note that photography and videography are strictly prohibited during the event.

Schools are responsible for arranging transportation and supervision for their pupils throughout the duration of the festival.
